Job summary

SLB is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Lead to join our team in Coraopolis, PA. You will lead logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient flow of materials from receipt through final delivery, while overseeing inventory management, transportation activities, and trade compliance.

You will build strong cross-functional relationships, analyze operational performance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of domestic and international transportation practices and import/export processes.
• Experience maintaining inventory records and implementing inventory control procedures.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, warehousing, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective control and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor material flow to support operational and customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with trade, customs, and transportation requirements.
• Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and carriers to support business objectives.
• Develop and support logistics personnel, processes, and best practices.
