Job summary

Ascentec Engineering, LLC in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and distribution to support production and customer commitments.

The role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to logistics teams, partners with production, planning, purchasing, quality, and carriers, and drives Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement across sites to reduce waste and improve service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership supervising supervisors and hourly staff.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and distribution processes.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Epicor Kinetic preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cycle counting and inventory accuracy improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse, receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution activities.
• Own inventory accuracy and material transaction discipline across processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly teams.
• Coordinate with production, planning, purchasing, engineering, and quality departments.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory, shipping performance, and safety.
