Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Experience with managing transportation providers, freight forwarders, parcel carriers, and 3PLs.

Responsibilities

Manage performance, service levels, and cost metrics for US-based 3PLs, carriers, and freight forwarders.
Serve as the primary logistics liaison between Manufacturing Operations, Service Operations, Order Management, Procurement, Finance, and providers.
Analyze transportation, warehousing, and freight spend data to identify trends and cost reduction opportunities.
Develop, implement, and maintain logistics KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for transportation and service-related issues.
