Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage the movement of surgical instrumentation and implants from receiving through shipping with meticulous inventory control and documentation accuracy.

This role supports timely delivery to healthcare facilities, requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relevant distribution/inventory experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year(s) related distribution or inventory control experience and/or training helpful.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to achieve results independently.
• Aptitude for analyzing situations and resolving problems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package product and materials ensuring contents are protected adequately for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation with accurate addresses and correct inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and restock inventory of surgical trays and implants.
• Verify part numbers and lot numbers against purchase orders and shipping orders.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions to maintain records.
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory when necessary.
• Comply with FDA and ISO 13485 standards and other applicable regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
