Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track surgery requisitions for timely fulfillment.
• Verify orders for completeness and advise on best options.
• Use ERP/MRP to loan, receive, ship, issue, and monitor inventory.
• Coordinate with shipping companies as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Supply Chain and Operations to fulfill orders on time.
• Assist warehouse staff with on-site fulfillment.
• Maintain real-time inventory status for Leadership and Sales.
• Handle inventory returns promptly.
