About the Internship

This internship gives college students real operational experience in a dynamic warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Leads, Operations Managers, and even cross-functional teams to learn how a high-growth logistics company runs day-to-day.

You won’t just “pick items.” You’ll participate in meaningful operational processes, learn our systems, analyze workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Operational Support

• Assist in intake, sorting, and organizing incoming products
• Help prepare bundles for Traveler Assignments using Shappi’s internal tools
• Support outbound operations: staging, labeling, and verifying shipments before dispatch
• Monitor and restock warehouse supplies as needed

Process & Data Support

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Support new tool/process testing with the Tech and Ops teams

Workplace Operations

• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe
• Support onboarding or shadowing of other interns when needed

What You’ll Learn

• Prior warehouse/operations/startup experience is a plus, not required
