Job summary

MSC USA is seeking students who are passionate about logistics to join our Fall 2026 Internship Program in Houston, TX. This 12-week internship will run from September through December 2026. Interns will work 20–29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.

This internship provides professional work experience, mentorship, and a realistic preview of working at MSC USA. You will be assigned to one of our dynamic logistics teams, where you can contribute and learn valuable

Qualifications

• Must have valid work authorization. Candidates under 18 must have a work permit.
• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Must be able to work up to 29 hours per week during office hours, Tuesday through Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with teams and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and manage tasks efficiently.

• Support logistics teams by performing administrative tasks.

• Enter data accurately and efficiently.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.
