Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior in college with strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Eagerness to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to account managers.
• Search for and qualify new leads.
• Recruit, develop and qualify partner carriers.
• Maintain and update database of carriers and accounts.
• Communicate requirements with carriers.
• Match carriers to loads using carrier networks.
• Assist in and perform sales calls.
• Negotiate pricing with carriers.
• Coordinate load dispatch and monitor progress.
• Set up new accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
