Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions in Tallahassee, FL is offering a Logistics Intern position to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (senior year) or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Ability to analyze processes and translate findings into practical improvement recommendations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and exposure to ERP systems such as SAP.
  • AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

  • Validate materials and spare part kits against bills of materials to improve accuracy and reliability.

You’ll help improve how products move through our warehouse—making processes safer, faster, and more efficient for customers and colleagues. Your work will directly support Danfoss’ mission to drive smarter, more sustainable solutions through operational excellence.


As a Logistics Intern, you’ll take on real improvement projects that matter. From analyzing workflows to supporting 5S initiatives, you’ll see how your ideas translate into measurable results on the warehouse floor.
