Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst I or II to support Logistics, Claims, and Operational Analytics. You will translate operational needs into practical reporting and insights across freight, claims, carrier performance, and cost-to-serve visibility.

Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing, and IT to standardize data capture and decision making. Ideal candidates have experience with transportation, SAP/ERP, and large multi-source datasets, plus SQL and Power BI

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills to translate operational questions into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Experience analyzing logistics, claims, or operational data to drive process improvements.
• Ability to partner across multiple business functions to define requirements and drive adoption.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/ERP) and CRM tools to support reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics performance and cost drivers across truck, rail, and delivery flows.
• Support claims processing and documentation discipline with improved visibility for evidence.
• Translate business questions into practical reporting using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and ERP data.
• Partner cross-functionally to clarify requirements, align metrics, and drive adoption of analytics.
• Build maintainable analytics products that turn data into insights and actions.
• Lead process improvements to reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
• Educate users on reporting content, data definitions, and limitations.
