Job summary

Samsung SDS America is seeking a Logistics Innovation Project Specialist to support pre‑sales, design, and system setup for Cello-powered logistics solutions. You will bridge logistics operations with IT systems, drive continuous improvement, and support customer engagements from pre‑sales through stabilization, with on-site responsibilities and travel.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, training, and the adoption of AI-powered analytics to optimize throughput and costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience configuring or operating WMS/TMS in logistics or distribution settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis and presentation.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve system and process-related problems.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end proposal development for open bidding and client-requested RFPs/RFQs.
Configure and implement WMS/TMS modules and drive system stabilization post Go-Live.
Deliver regular operation and system training sessions for key accounts.
Identify bottlenecks and drive AI-enabled process improvements across operations.
Act as primary liaison between logistics ops, IT, finance, and vendors; support onboarding projects.
Provide ad-hoc on-site operational support and resolve system issues to prevent downtime.
