Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support onboarding of new clients and facilities within its Contract Logistics network. You will maintain layouts, track capital investments, and implement CEVA LEAN and CI standards, collaborating with project teams and local ops to deliver on time and within budget.

You will work on site with operations and procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked and installed as planned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 3+ years logistics & distribution experience designing, implementing or launching new facilities.
• 3PL or similar experience preferred.
• E-commerce and omni-channel fulfilment experience.
• Six Sigma and LEAN certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization in the fulfillment center.
• Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations teams to define facility layouts and racking elevations changes.
• Maintain AutoCAD layouts.
• Implement CEVA LEAN and Continuous Improvement standards and KPIs.
• Partner with Operations to propose and execute process improvement projects for efficiency, safety and quality.
• Ensure Work Instructions reflect actual processes and are followed.
