Job summary

Unified Logistix Group is seeking a driven General Manager to lead operations at our Deerfield Beach, FL location. You will oversee daily activities, drive profitability, and set strategic direction for multiple departments within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets and P&L, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven GM or senior leadership in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong budgeting and P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with logistics management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
