Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator III in the Hazleton, PA area. You will lead warehouse operations, operate forklifts, maintain inventory accuracy, and train teammates to meet KPIs while following GMPs and SOPs.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic English reading/writing, and flexibility for overtime. Onsite shift runs Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM, with onboarding in a standard schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and advanced material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment while meeting KPIs.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate results to goals.
• Train team members on job functions and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
