Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor the condition and maintenance of trailers and equipment.
• Lead, manage, and develop drivers and operations staff; schedule shifts and provide coaching.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; conduct safety audits and trainings.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure trailers are in the right place at the right time.
• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain records of trailer movements, maintenance, and inspections; prepare performance reports.
