Responsibilities

• Develop the annual budget for distribution centers and project financial performance
• Consolidate financial results and report to senior leadership
• Identify actions to achieve budget in consultation with site leaders
• Analyze variances and explain key drivers to budget and projections
• Serve as primary contact for close processes with regional and office teams
• Produce financial, statistical, and operational information for leadership decisions
• Prepare financial models and ad hoc reports for timely, compliant reporting
• Supervise and coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews
• Travel to Kroger Supply Chain sites as needed to support stakeholders
