Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with government property management.
• Working knowledge of AR 40-61, Inventory Management, and Medical Supply Support Account (MSSA) procedures.
• Ability to perform facilities management duties, including repairs and safety and fire code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CDMRP facility manager with warehouse operations.
• Assemble new furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and move furniture, supplies, and equipment among the warehouse and office buildings.
• Serve as facility manager for assigned buildings, including ordering repairs and managing telephone service orders.
• Validate compliance with snow procedures, safety codes, and fire codes (for example, serving as fire marshal).
