Job summary

Axium Healthcare Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Facilities Agent to manage shipping/receiving, packing costly medications, and basic building maintenance. The role interfaces with third-party shippers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and efficient operations.

The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to support facility upkeep and logistics initiatives across our Lake Mary, FL operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping/receiving duties and ensure timely packing of shipments.
• Interface with drivers and customer service representatives from third-party shippers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• Verify shipping labels and ensure accurate printing of information.
• Maintain efficient and economical use of materials and reduce waste.
• Assist with general facilities maintenance including basic electrical/mechanical/plumbing tasks.
• Conduct weekly building inspections and complete checklists.
• Assist with event planning and logistics and procure furniture and supplies.
