Job summary

The US Army Corps of Engineers in Sacramento is seeking a civilian employee to plan and conduct analyses across Transportation, Facilities and Services, Personal Property Maintenance, and Supply. The role coordinates with external vendors and reviews usage reports to optimize vehicle types, space utilization, and minor office adjustments.

• Experience in transportation program administration and facility operations.
• Ability to coordinate with external contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct analyses across Transportation, Facilities and Services, Personal Property Maintenance, and Supply.
• Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, fuel, parking, and aviation service providers as needed.
• Review usage reports to determine vehicle types and quantities.
• Coordinate with real property and space management staff on space utilization and energy programs.
• Analyze supply and equipment usage to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Provide technical guidance on inventory methodology, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
