Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Logistics Execution Program Manager to lead end-to-end operations across a rapidly scaling network. You will own secured in-transit execution, drive 3PL accountability, and optimize transportation, packaging, and equipment utilization to meet tight delivery targets.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and the Command Center of Excellence, you will develop capacity plans, implement SOPs and ERP/TMS integrations, and push Lean/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years in global Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with external partners (3PLs, carriers).
• Strong data-driven decision making; dashboards and operational reviews.
• Hands-on SAP TMS and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and projects supporting logistics processes and partner performance.
• Set 3PL goals and drive performance with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop initiatives from inception to close-out on time and within scope.
• Lead delivery of all services efficiently.
• Present executive-level recommendations on operational changes and strategies.
• Own development of logistics programs, including AI/automation.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma improvements to reduce cost and cycle time.
• Develop capacity planning and inventory strategies for launches and spikes.
• Ramping sites/lanes, SOP rollout, training and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align SLAs with commitments.
