Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Logistics Engineer based in Baltimore, MD. You will review field support requirements, establish calibration needs, and contribute to maintenance engineering and logistics support.

The role involves handling radar and communication systems, product data, and sustainment planning. Responsibilities include lifecycle sustainment strategy, deployment planning, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience; 4 years may substitute for degree.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables and VBA.
• Understanding of PSA/LSA or Logistics data related disciplines and training.
• US Citizenship and a current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance (ability to obtain SAP).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a Life Cycle Sustainment Strategy for radar systems and ancillaries.
• Develop shipping and deployment strategies for product delivery to customers.
• Maintenance Engineering Analysis of radar/communication hardware and recommended actions.
• Communicate and resolve complex issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate storage, receipt, and traceability of spare hardware and subassemblies.
• Ensure test equipment is available, serviceable, and calibrated in ATP labs.
• Collaborate with Logistics Engineers to manage sustainment activities.
• Maintain lab configuration management and change tracking for hardware/software.
• Coordinate secure movement of classified modules between test areas.
• Support proposal development and related project management activities.
