The position requires a bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience, with data analytics, optimization, and SQL skills to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field; or foreign equivalent; or suitable combo with 4 years of experience.
• Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL.

Under general supervision, the position is responsible for utilizing problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions in various areas of the organization. The incumbent will coordinate with internal and external customers to understand the parameters of projects.

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
