Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Malta, NY is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Driver / Warehouse Operator for a dual-role position. You will safely operate commercial vehicles (GVWR >10,000 lb.

and ≤26,000 lb.) for local P&D and perform warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control. Responsibilities include verifying shipment paperwork, weighing and dimension checks, loading/unloading, staging and replenishment, product scanning, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles for local pick-up and delivery and perform warehouse duties as described.
• Verify shipment paperwork and load/unload freight safely; weigh and check dimensions.
• Perform receiving, put-away and order picking duties; maintain accurate records and safety compliance.
