Job summary

DSV is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Driver / Warehouse Operator in USA: Malta, NY. This dual-role position covers localP&D driving and warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, receiving, picking, and quality checks.

You will operate forklifts, ensure paperwork accuracy, and uphold DOT/FMCSR and site safety policies. We expect basic warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for local pick-up and delivery within a ~20 air-mile radius.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading/unloading, weighing, verifying shipment paperwork, and staging.
• Move and store product using forklifts/MHE; ensure accuracy of inventory and records.
• Maintain safety, quality and OSHA/compliance standards in daily operations.
• Provide professional customer interaction during P&D and protect freight integrity.
• Follow company policies and complete other duties as required.
