Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Richland, WA is seeking a driver coordination and warehouse support role. Shift: 7am–7:30pm Thu–Sat with rotating Wednesdays. Pay: $18.50–$20.50 per hour.

You will compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments and direct driver assignments, including check-in and check-out after loads. The job requires excellent verbal and written communication, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in cold/hot storage conditions with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver's assignments, including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out after loads.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows and unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
