Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an inventory-focused professional to support logistics through precise cycle counts, material verification, and SAP-driven processes. You will investigate discrepancies, maintain location accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency.

The role requires practical experience with SAP and WMS, forklift operation, and a focus on safety and 5S standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with SAP (PR2) and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and material verification.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and audits in SAP and on-site locations.
• Track and resolve discrepancies using SAP and WMS.
• Investigate variances with Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material location control.
• Process inventory transactions in SAP and related docs.
• Support continuous improvement for accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts and order pickers safely.
• Relocate materials and support 5S warehouse standards.

Job Overview

Supports logistics by performing administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Performs a combination of manual and system-based inventory control, cycle counting, and material verification activities.
• Conducts daily cycle counts and inventory audits within SAP (PR2) and physical warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy and material integrity.
• Uses SAP and other warehouse management systems to track, verify, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Investigates inventory variances and works cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to identify and correct root causes.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and ensures proper material location control within the warehouse and system environment.
• Processes inventory-related transactions and documentation in SAP as required.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy, material flow, warehouse efficiency, and process standardization.
• Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Retrieves, stores, and relocates materials utilizing appropriate warehouse equipment and established procedures.
• Supports warehouse organization, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Assists with other inventory, logistics, and distribution support functions as assigned.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $40,400 – $60,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
