Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize daily delivery, donation, and transfer routes.
• Monitor vehicle locations and driver activity through Samsara.
• Communicate with drivers, stores, and distribution centers regarding changes.
• Respond professionally to customer concerns and provide status updates.
• Prepare daily dispatch schedules and maintain transportation records.
