SEKO Logistics is seeking a Dispatcher in Dallas to coordinate US domestic shipment pickups, manage driver assignments, and ensure DOT compliance. The role requires strong data entry, MS Office proficiency, and clear communication with diverse teams.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift and hazmat certifications, and a valid Driver's License. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
• Good vision and depth perception required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• PC literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills; ability to operate relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pick-ups and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies.
• Prioritize time sensitive cargo and notify drivers of assignments.
• Maintain shipment information under Customs control documents and databases.
• Assist with loading/unloading, labeling checks, and cargo verification.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
