RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate equipment transportation, manage documentation, and support billing processes. You will serve as a key link between locations, carriers, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Fargo, ND, you will contribute to smooth operations across the organization, working closely with field teams and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and regulatory compliance while upholding exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Logistics experience in dispatching or transportation coordination.
• Familiarity with transportation of agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment.
• Basic understanding of DOT regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Transportation Coordination: Schedule, track, and prioritize transportation requests to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and products.
• Load Planning: Coordinate haul assignments and optimize trucking resources to maximize efficiency and support customer needs.
• Vendor Communication: Work directly with carriers and vendors regarding load assignments, schedule changes, and shipment status updates.
• Compliance Support: Maintain transportation documentation and permit requirements to support regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation requests, shipment updates, and operational questions.
• Professional Representation: Represent RDO Equipment Co. professionally while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

What You Will Need

• Logistics Experience: Previous dispatching, transportation coordination, or logistics experience preferred.
• Equipment Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with the transportation of agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations preferred.
