Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operator/ Forklift Driver in Lebanon, TN to support loading, unloading, and safe handling of cargo on-site. You will conduct labeling, packing, and quality checks in line with Crane SOPs, and operate forklifts and RF-scanned warehouse systems.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, and forklift certification within 30 days of hire. On-site presence and safety training are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than three years’ related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Must be a member of the Safety Committee at least once during the year.
• Must be a trainer and exhibit competency in training others.
• Must know all accounts and be able to perform every floor function in the branch.

Responsibilities

• Check for vendor accuracy, create bill of ladings (BOLs).
• Validate no damage to cargo, ensure correct labeling, perform quality checklist, sign off on load accuracy, kitting, sub-assembly.
• Handle hazardous materials, packing, checking MSDS and other required paperwork.
• Fills client orders safely, efficiently, and within Crane SOPs.
• Distribute activities in accordance with internal quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Reads and follows work orders to determine materials or container loads to be moved.
• Operates a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment (e.g., high reach vehicle).
• Loads/unloads materials onto pallets, racks, etc., and secures loads for transit.
• Scans freight via warehouse management system with RF equipment.
• Completes required paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
• Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
• Accurately loads client merchandise on-site.
