Job summary

Trulieve in Madison, FL is seeking a Driver - Logistics to distribute products and work materials to customers and partners. You will represent the company professionally and help increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires lifting, long hours, DOT compliance, and the ability to operate box trucks and refrigeration systems. A valid driver's license and 5 years driving experience are required; CDL strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Driver with at least 5 years in commercial delivery.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• CDL license is strongly preferred.
• Must have open availability for last-minute long-distance trips.
• Experience operating box trucks and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Transport product between Trulieve facilities and various locations within the state.
• Load/unload vehicles and prepare shipping manifests with signatures per DOH regulations.
• Follow routes and time schedules; maintain customer communication.
• Operate delivery vehicle and complete logs and DOT-compliant reports.
• Address client feedback and resolve issues as needed.
