Job summary

Premier is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support UPH furniture and Barracks handover teams. The role involves collecting, editing, and submitting logistical data and providing customer service to clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining ARIMS records, using the eMH tool, and contributing to monthly CDRL documents. The position requires a high school diploma and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ARIMS or Army databases is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Position of Trust that allows a CAC.

Responsibilities

• Collect and submit logistical data for UPH/BHO teams.
• Provide customer service to clients.
• Collect and report logistical data within warehouses.
• Maintain ARIMS filing system and scheduling.
• Operate and update the eMH tool for furniture data/status.
• Input data into monthly CDRL documents.
• Support Barracks operations, barcoding, scanning.
• Assist warehouse staff as needed or requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
