Job summary

Img Citrus INC is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support high-volume summer imports from multiple continents. You will ensure ERP/WMS data accuracy, process packing lists, BOLs, invoices, and accompanying documents, and maintain organized electronic records.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced agricultural environment, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative, logistics, data entry experience preferred.
• Experience in agriculture, produce, or food manufacturing a plus.
• Must be flexible with hours of operations.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or logistics software preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process Shipping Packets: review and organize critical import docs (packing lists, certificates, BOLs, invoices).
• Audit packages against shipment notices and flag missing or mismatched paperwork.
• Notify logistics/compliance teams about missing docs to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate electronic records to support inventory and reporting.
• Assist with inbound delivery schedules and monitor delays.
• Organize, scan, index, and file logistics documents; support regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and compile logistics information; provide admin support to teams.
