Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the transportation team with data analysis, reporting, and ongoing optimization of our LLP model across the Americas. This role drives data-driven decisions and operational excellence in partnership with LLP and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel/PowerBI skills, and experience with process mapping tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping (Visio, Lucid) preferred.
• Understanding of freight operations and carrier management.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support LLP optimization and execution through data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardization.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues in logistics data.
• Help build lean culture and train teams on initiatives.
• Leverage TMS expertise to ensure data flow and automation.
