Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company USA in Boston is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge MSC departments with the Business Transformation team, delivering dashboards, tools, and reports to enable data-driven decisions. You will guide solution adoption, analyze organizational data, and collaborate on optimized integrations.

The role requires on-site presence five days per week, fluency in English, and a background in data visualization using Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data or related field.
Some experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker or any other data visualization tool.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst: Project Scoping, Business Requirements development, Test Cases.
Knowledge in Shipping/ Supply Chain / Logistics / Integrations.

Responsibilities

Communicates with colleagues in various MSC departments to understand their needs and renders and relays information to Business Transformation team to find effective business solution.
Ensures and supports adoption of solutions, enabling users make best use of the dashboards, tools, and reports.
Acts as bridge, relaying information from MSC departments to the appropriate Business Transformation branch to find the best tool/reporting/visual solution.
