Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, seeks a Hybrid Contracts Coordinator for North America. You will own the order-to-delivery process, coordinating with Sales, Field Ops, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure on-time shipments and issue resolution.

The role requires a degree with 4+ years of customer service (6+ years if no degree), strong communication, and Oracle experience. Hybrid work in New Freedom PA or San Antonio TX is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 4+ years servicing customers is required.
• If non-degreed, a minimum of 6 years servicing customers is required.
• Superior telephone personality and excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; MS PC applications required.
• Experience with Oracle preferred; knowledge of UCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for North America Applied Equipment contracts from receipt of order to delivery.
• Coordinate shipments with factories and field offices to meet customer requirements.
• Expedite orders and resolve issues identified by contract engineering or factory order edits.
• Follow up on holds daily to clear issues and complete processing.
• Input and maintain accurate information in IBS and SelNav systems; coordinate with field offices and vendors.
