Hogan Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for Hogan customers, soliciting freight to match capacity and ensure on-time pick-up and delivery. You will maintain customer information, coordinate with Fleet Managers, and work to maximize revenue while controlling deadhead.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with AS400/EDI and Freight websites, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
AS400, EDI and freight websites familiarity is preferred.

Mansioni

Maintain an accurate customer contact list and inputs load information for Fleet Managers and Drivers.
Solicit freight to balance capacity and maximize revenues.
Schedule and re-schedule loads to maximize efficiencies and revenues.
Match demand with current and future capacity while considering safety and DOT hours.
Ensure on-time pick-up and delivery and maximize revenue with limited deadhead.
Communicate with Fleet Management and Customer Service Manager to align on service needs.
Monitor trailer pools and route to ensure asset utilization and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
