Logistics/Customer Service Delivery Driver (Finance)

Serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service while delivering customer orders to the home. Drive a company delivery vehicle, demonstrating safe and efficient driving behavior in accordance with Kroger's standards. Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must pass a DOT-regulated medical exam annually
• Good driving record
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• Chauffeur's license may be required in some states

Preferred Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Delivery driver experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders to customers, providing excellent service
• Act as a Kroger brand ambassador and explain our seamless delivery experience
• Maintain professionalism and personal presentation
• Drive safely, adhering to Kroger's driving standards
• Ensure timely and intact delivery of orders, resolving issues as needed
• Keep customers informed of delivery status and changes
• Accurately record delivery details
• Assist fellow drivers when necessary
• Maintain proper temperature controls for goods and record temperatures
• Handle products safely, report any issues
• Perform vehicle pre-inspections and report defects
• Use company technology for navigation and customer interaction
