Position Summary
The Delivery/Pickup Driver
This position requires someone who has no “at fault” accidents on their record and can drive a company vehicle multiple miles throughout our customer delivery area. Deliveries and pick-ups are generally done within the business day. Some overtime hours are required depending on traffic and customer requirements. Day shift, 7-7, M-F, some overtime is required depending on routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- No CDL required but should have current state driver's license and no at fault accidents on your driving record.
- Willing to drive long distance (out of state).
- Able to assist with loading customer product onto company vehicle.
- Upkeep on company vehicle.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Comfortable with transporting Hazmat equipment.
- Available and qualified to drive a variable schedule each week, with hours varying according to customer need. Other days will be in Logistics department assisting with Shipping & Receiving or Inventory Stock Room duties.
- Must pass background check.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must have knowledge of Logistics software.
- Ability to communicate at all management levels internally and external to the company.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and driven to succeed.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Cross-functional skills in shipping & Receiving/ and Inventory.
- Experience working with CRM systems and/or Quantum software.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current valid State license.
- No “at fault” accidents on driving record
- Willing to drive long distance (out of state).
- Proficient in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division (including fractions and decimals).
- The ability to read, write and comprehend the English language fluently.
- Initiative to organize and complete projects in individual and group setting – a self-starter.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
- Works well in team-based environments.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation which may include education, criminal and work history verifications.
- US Citizen or resident status.
