Total Quality Logistics in Orlando is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator. You will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert on our transport modes and to support daily shipment activities, acting as the go-to for sales reps.

You’ll handle administrative tasks, coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery, and provide professional service to internal and external stakeholders while growing with structured career paths and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Strong verbal communication, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on administrative tasks for your account(s).
• Document and manage tasks in internal systems.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
