The Morning Star Company in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Administrative and Logistics Coordinator to support the pouch sales and fulfillment functions, coordinating sales, billing, freight and logistics information flow. You will work closely with sales and account service colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage for this role is $27.00-$28.00 per hour, with benefits including comprehensive health plan and a 401K plan with 4% match. Occasional travel to Los Banos may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel.
• Fluent in English; effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience in exports and customer service is desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors.
• Track and report complaints.
• Some collections/Accounts receivable responsibilities.
• Compute and pay broker partners.
