Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments of bottle kits and coolers for delivery.
• Use LIMS system (TALs) to receive bottle orders and prepare kits.
• Interact with project managers and clients professionally.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers about order status.
• Restock supplies to ensure availability for staff.
• Verify order validity and completeness before leaving for delivery.
• Maintain the shipping/receiving area for safety.
• Picks up and delivers samples and bottle orders as needed.
• Record courier logs and equipment maintenance monthly.
