Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Logistics Couriers are responsible for sorting mail, picking up, and distributing packages and documents for Johnson and Linn County locations.

Compensation

Pay range: $17.52 - $20.49/hr with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to core values and service standards.
• Provide excellent member service.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Support a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Organize, load, and unload materials.
• Meet deadlines in sorting and distribution.
• Handle all mail processing tasks, including breakdown, processing, and reporting.
• Deliver packages/mail efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of premises and equipment.
• Inspect ATMs for issues and participate in community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work on feet.
• Good communication and geographic knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and safe driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Bondable.

Reporting

Reports to the Logistics Coordinator. No supervisory responsibilities.
