Kenco Group in Lookout Valley, TN is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to manage inbound/outbound, planning and distribution. You will act as central communication hub between customers, site personnel, carriers, and drivers to ensure on-time shipments and accurate inventory.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail; travel up to 25% and a willingness to work with warehouse teams, participate in safety trainings, and support continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehousing or DOT environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to use warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound processes and loads.
• Serve as customer service hub between customers, site personnel, carriers, and drivers.
• Monitor inventory levels and report to leadership.
• Perform load planning and routing using WMS/TMS.
• Communicate with customers about inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Support Safety Resource Officer trainings to new clerks.
