Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule outbound and inbound appointments.
• Create outbound orders in WMS and coordinate forklift drivers.
• Coordinate transportation providers for timely shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and route to proper channels.
• Review POs and shipping docs for accuracy.
• Prepare bills of lading (BOLs) and monitor shipment quality.
