Job summary

Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery in Moonachie, NJ is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to ensure the smooth movement of products between our facilities, 3PLs, and customers. You will work closely with our Warehouse, Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Transportation teams to coordinate shipments, resolve logistics issues, and keep orders moving efficiently.

The role requires an Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or 3–5 years logistics

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of logistics coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating transportation, freight, or warehouse logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Enter outbound purchase orders into systems for transfers to 3PL facilities.
• Monitor in-transit inventory and ensure timely product movement.
• Confirm deliveries using Bills of Lading and communicate updates to teams.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies with 3PL providers.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and warehouses.
