You will prepare delivery tickets, process shipments in SAP, obtain rate quotes, and schedule carriers, while maintaining records and supporting other departments.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency with ERP systems. Experience in shipping/receiving and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• One year of experience in shipping and/or receiving.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery tickets for distribution to the floor.
• Process shipments and prepare shipping documents in SAP (Bills of Lading, Packing List, Shipping Labels).
• Obtain rate quotes for LTL/TL shipments.
• Schedule reconsignments as needed.
• Pack and process truckloads and keep truckload schedule updated.
• Assist other departments with requests (proof of delivery, shipping documents, freight rates).
• Schedule Carriers.
• Maintain shipment records in SAP and/or S Drive.
• Process outbound/inbound subcontractor/vendor shipments.
• Assist with investigation of shipping errors.
• Download and maintain shipping photos weekly.
• Additional responsibilities may arise.
