Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Distribution Administrator I on the 1st shift to maintain warehouse material handling equipment and supplies and to provide administrative support for the logistics management team.

You will follow up with carriers, schedule shipments, manage SAP data, assemble bills of lading, and coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and production to optimize on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in administrative or distribution capacity.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with carriers via email and/or phone.
• Establish pickup appointments for carriers.
• Maintain schedule for shipments.
• Maintain open communications with the supply chain team, customer service, and customers.
• Handle data via SAP and manipulate data within MS Excel.
• Assist with creating bills of lading.
• Track shipments when necessary.
• Build orders with SAP for shipment.
• Maintain friendly customer relations.
• Coordinate with shipping supervisors to maximize shipments and minimize problems; schedule trucking to ensure customer satisfaction.
