Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking an experienced logistics/administrative professional to manage carrier communications, pickup scheduling, and shipment coordination.

You will work with SAP and MS Excel to handle data, build bills of lading, and maintain production-aligned shipping plans. The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years in an administrative or distribution capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in administrative or distribution roles.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with carriers via email or phone to arrange pickups.
• Establish pickup appointments and maintain shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and customers.
• Manage orders with SAP and support load-out and trucking schedules.
• Maintain open communications with Shipping Supervisors and Transportation Manager.
