Job summary

Eastland Food is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our growth in the US market. You will drive strategy for big-box and independent grocers, managing a dedicated sales team and representing beloved Asian brands.

You will build and maintain relationships with retailers, plan product movement nationwide, and collaborate with leadership to shape the future of Asian cuisine in the US.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as logistics coordinator.
• Experience in customer service is appreciated.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Computer-savvy with working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availabilities and requirements.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to meet needs.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and orders.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
